Hame Shaniah Suiam bags Gold at the WAKO India Seniors & Masters National Kickboxing Championship 2021 in Goa

Shillong August 31,2021(MMP): Kickboxing rising star, Hame Shaniah Suiam of Meghalaya State Kickboxing has brought honour to the state of Meghalaya, when he won Gold at the WAKO India Seniors & Masters National Kickboxing Championship 2021 held in at Sport Complex, Dayanand Bandodkar Stadium, Mapusa in Goa. Hame Shaniah Suiam bagged Gold in Senior Men -57 Kg Category.

He also won Silver Medal in the Senior Men Point-63 Kg Category. In this highly competitive championship, which was held from 26th – 29th August 2021, Meghalaya Martial Arts participants :- 1. Nisanshwa Lyngdoh (Senior Women K1-48 kg) 2. Bantei Sungoh (Senior Men Low Kick – 60 kg) 3. Arthur Cornelli N K (Senior Men K1 – 75 kg) and 4. Pynnehbor Mylliemngap (Senior Men Musical Form Hard Style) won Bronze Medals.                                               

The Championship was part of the 1st Stage Selection for 6th Asian Indoor Martial Arts & Games Bangkok Chonburi to be held from 10thto the 20th March 2022 as well as for the World Kickboxing Championship in October at Italy.
