Archery and teer counters to remain closed for one week

Shilong April 27th 2021 (MMP): The amusement game called archry and “teer” in Hindi language in Shillong will remain closed for one week till 3rd of May following additional restrictions imposed by the Meghalaya government due to surge in the number of new COVID-19 positive cases. An order issued by East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner, Isawanda Laloo, stated that matches and tournaments and all forms of contact and semi-contact sports practice will be suspended. Any violation will be met with strict action under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020. MMP
