Shillong 24th April,2020 (MMP) : The Shubham Charitable Institute registered under PMKVY has come up with an innovative initiative in the fight against Covid-19 by employing skilled tailoring women and trainers in stitching masks and supplying them to the different hospital. The Chairman of Chairman Shubham Charitable Institute said that every knows that the entire nation has been affected by Covid-19 and people are terrified of the pandemic situation and termed the stitching activity as productive, particularly when the Meghalaya is under lockdown to contain the spread of Covid-19. These household women are skilled through PMKVY in tailoring and now they are utilizing their skills in this lockdown period. MMP
