Shillong, November 26, 2019 (MMP): Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad K. Sangma today said there is no conflict of interest between Meghalaya Secretariat and Raj Bhavan with regards to imposition of Administrator’s Rule in Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council in Meghalaya. Speaking to the media, Sangma said he does not anything beyond it because the Governor, the head of the state, is having the constitutional and legal authorities to justify his decision to reject the recommendation for imposition of Administrator’s Rule in the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council.
