Shillong, September, 26, 2019 (MMP): Sports Centre today felicitated the players of the H. Elias Higher Secondary School for bringing laurel to the State by winning the Diamond Jubilee Subroto Mukherjee Cup under-17 International football tournament which was held in Delhi. The initiative to felicitate the team was taken by proprietor of Sports Centre, Cliff Nongrum who is also the president of the Meghalaya Football Players Association. East Khasi Hills District Sports Officer, Daniel Dan and H Elias School principal, Fr. Sebestian Palaty were present on the occasion. Besides the players, the head coach of the team, Bobby L Nongbet and team manager, Benjamin Lyngdoh were also felicitated. MMP
